    Denise is parent to 12th grader, Kaia, and her labrador and cats. She is involved in animal rescue and enjoys going to concerts with her daughter.

    Liza is a proud parent of a 10th grader and enjoys cheering him on at his games. She is excited to contribute to the HTHMA community.

    Betsy Schneider is our 12th grade Parent Representative this year. She is the proud mom of Eli, a 12th grader. When she isn’t enjoying time with her family, Betsy is a Peaceful Parenting Coach who loves helping families have more peace and joy at home.

  • Communications - Katie Rooney

    Katie is a parent to a recent graduate of HTHMA and local business owner. She loves supporting her community, being a mom to her crazy boys, cooking, being outside, and everything San Diego!

  • Lulu G. Valdivia - Spanish Liaison

    Lulu is our HTHMA PA Spanish Liaison, bridging the critical gap in our community and how we communicate and stay informed.

Openings:

Fundraising Chair - oversee community events, our Annual Giving Campaign, work with the Student Music Showcase team, and find new and fresh ideas for engagement through community events. Assist or organize staff meals 5-15 hrs monthly

Spanish Liason - help us communicate and engage with the Spanish speaking community. 5-10 hrs monthly

Grade Level Parents -meet with teachers and express needs to grade level parents. 2-4 hrs monthly or as needed

Secretary - take notes at monthly PA meetings. 2-3 hrs monthly
